All Traders are subject to the following conditions:
1. North Tipperary Agricultural Show will not accept trading of goods or services that
have not been declared on this application form. Failure to abide by this condition will
result in the trader in question being removed from the show grounds without
refund.
2. Final allocation and location of exhibition space will be at the discretion of the
Show Committee. The stall holder shall agree that North Tipperary Agricultural
Show, reserve the right to have each stall/stand removed and relocated.
3. The stall holder must ensure that an official Trade Stand badge (provided upon
payment) and identification, is displayed on the stall, at all times during Show Day.
4. A maximum of 3 Show passes will be issued to Trade Stands.
5. One vehicle per exhibitor will be allowed on site for the duration of the show. Cars
or vans maybe alongside for unloading but may need to move to another area within
the showgrounds for the duration of the show.
6. The Exhibitor shall ensure that all ropes and signs are kept within the Stand
Space at all times.
7. The stall holder shall ensure that he/she holds his/her own public liability
insurance.
8. The stall holder shall indemnify North Tipperary Agricultural Show, their servants
and agents against all losses, claims, damages, and injuries.
9. The stall holder shall keep his stall completely clean and free from litter and leave
the stall in this condition disposing of all litter properly.
10. All matters associated with trade stands are the sole responsibility of the stall
holders and the show accepts no responsibility.
11. All Trade Stands serving food will need to present their own Health board
Certificate.
12. Exhibitors shall not hold raffles or collections for contributions to its funds or
charities.
13. The North Tipperary Agricultural Show Committee reserves the right to postpone
or cancel the show. The Show shall not be liable for any failure to fulfil its obligations
pursuant to these terms.
14. All gazebos/marquees must be removed the day of the show. failure to do so will
result in the disposal of said items.

The North Tipperary Agricultural Showgrounds will be open for exhibitors from 2pm
to 3pm on Sunday 2/08/26 and from 7.30am on Monday 3/08/26– all trade stands to
be in place by 10am Monday no exceptions.
